The goal of the HHH International College University program is to provide Korean International University students an experience in Australia that includes Employability skill development and then the opportunity to apply these educational skills to a local Brisbane Company’s project. All businesses have areas in marketing, production or administration that they need to improve on or just need some extra hands. Our students will be the additional help that all companies need, but in a focused way, with a defined deliverable.

An example of this approach is the following: Company ABC wants to promote a new product or service, but may not have the manpower to complete this job. Our students will work under the guidance of company personnel to implement the plan and provide support in marketing, promotion, analyze market or competitive data, all while working in a team environment with the sponsor company.

The value proposition for the company is two fold. Firstly, they will have satisfaction of working with enthusiastic Korean University students to help them understand the culture and business environment of Brisbane companies. Secondly, the company can utilize Korean students to help on specific marketing, promotion or administrative plans to help target the Korean market. The end result will be a tangible deliverable that can be utilized to help their business. Additionally, all associated student costs including insurance will be covered by HHH International.

The student skills will be conveyed using the Australian Government’s Certificate IV Business certification course framework. The classes to be offered will enable students to have a general understanding of the following functional proficiencies:

 - Monitor a safe workplace
 - Coordinate a customer service strategy
 - Organize meetings
 - Promote innovation in a team environment
 - Manage Projects
 - Present research information
 - Promote products and services
 - Show leadership in the workplace
 - Implement a plan

The students will receive a Certificate of Attainment issued by HHH after successful completion of the course education. After the students have been successfully assessed on their proficiencies to these areas, they will then be able to utilize these skills for a local Brisbane company on a focused short-term project (3 weeks).




The following is the framework for the Sponsorship Company

1. HHH management will meet with sponsorship companies to identify a project that the students could assist with. 2. All businesses have areas in marketing, production, administration that they need to improve on. We will agree on
    a specific deliverable with the company for the students to focus on as a group.
3. The deliverable from the group will leverage nearly all of the skills they learned in the education portion of
    our program.
4. The students will work with a designated member of the sponsor company to implement the project plan to
    achieve their desired results.
5. The students will be given 2 weeks to complete the project task and then deliver a presentation to the Sponsor
    Company and HHH management that conveys the deliverables of the plan.

They will have satisfaction in helping a local Brisbane company and being able to get real insight into a “real world” business that complements their previous certification education.
